Modern CNC machines for sustainable aluminium profile processing

The hallmark of Schneider mirror cabinets and illuminated mirrors lies in their unique aluminium profiles. With few exceptions, such as the Schneider LUNE D2W, we have been using recyclable aluminum for almost 60 years. Our experienced specialists manufacture durable profiles with the help of powerful, computer-assisted machines, ensuring both elegant and functional design.

Precision in motion: a look into the high-tech processing of our mirror cabinet profiles.

Automated, recycled, refined: durable aluminium profiles with architectural ambition.

At Schneider, we produce durable aluminium profiles for mirror cabinets and illuminated mirrors using state-of-the-art CNC machines. Thanks to fully automated 5-axis machining and integrated robotic arms, our profiles are manufactured efficiently, precisely, and with resource conservation in mind.
All production waste from cutting is consistently collected and recycled, ensuring a closed-loop material cycle. The surfaces of the anodised profiles are given a fine finish before powder coating, guaranteeing premium haptics and maximum safety.
To meet the growing demand for matt white and black, we rely on our own powder-coating facility with 94 % powder recovery. Final finishing takes place in a hybrid oven that can run entirely on electricity. The result: a flawless finish without compromise on sustainability or design quality.

Aluminium profiles

100% of the aluminium profiles we use are made from recycled aluminium. This consists of approximately 80% reused material.

Powder coating system

Schneider’s innovative powder coating system enables the recovery of 94% of unused powder. The remaining powder is reused.
