Schneider LOW plus TW: The reference mirror cabinet in the NEO Uznach new building project

In the modern residential development in Uznach (SG), the LOW plus TW recessed mirror cabinet adds architectural accents and perfect light in the bathrooms.

A home with a view: that is how faro baumanagement ag describes its NEO residential development project in Uznach. But it is not just the view of the Glarus Alps that is impressive – the interior design is equally compelling. A cozy ambiance and timeless architecture define the rooms. It is no secret that mirrors possess a very special magic. Placed as a stylish design element – like the Schneider LOW plus TW mirror cabinet – they reflect both space and people. Thanks to integrated Tunable White (TW) lighting technology, they create the right atmosphere in every situation.

From shell niche to completed bathroom.

Just don't stand in the way – that was Pasquale's main mission in the first part of our construction site vlog. For the pros at Fretz Söhne AG, the camera was no obstacle: the 100 cm and 120 cm wide aluminum mirror cabinets were precisely recessed-mounted in no time.

The result (part two) is as functional as it is aesthetic. A successful bathroom concept doesn't need to be loud; good design shows in clean lines, timeless elegance, and lasting value. The Schneider LOW plus TW blends seamlessly into the wall and offers the expected Swiss premium features: generous storage space, adjustable glass shelves, integrated double sockets, and infinitely variable Tunable White (TW) light.

Why the happy owners chose the Schneider LOW plus TW.

«The decisive factor was clearly the light. We looked closely at how we could enhance the living space with targeted light sources. Although the house is flooded with natural light, we wanted to create a flexible atmosphere in the bathroom. Depending on the time of day and lighting mood, the colors and materials of the interior architecture come into play in very different ways. The Schneider LOW plus TW adapts this approach in an unobtrusive way: the variably adjustable light from bright and radiant to warm and cozy is the icing on the cake for us in the bathroom.»

FAQ Reference NEO Uznach

How is the light controlled on the LOW plus TW?

Control is direct and intuitive via the built-in membrane keypad on the cabinet or conveniently via the Schneider app.

What does Tunable White (TW) mean on a mirror cabinet?

Tunable White enables the seamless and individual adjustment of light color and brightness – from cool, bright light for daily grooming to warm, dimmed light for a relaxing atmosphere in the bathroom.

What are the benefits of recessed installation with the Schneider LOW plus TW?

Thanks to the semi-recessed installation in the wall niche, the mirror cabinet protrudes by only a few centimeters. This saves valuable space above the washbasin, makes the room appear visually larger and neater, and gives the bathroom a sleek, architecturally elegant overall effect.
