In order to manufacture high-quality products, an appropriate fleet of machinery is also required. Our production is divided into four areas:

Metal processing: Computer-controlled section treatment centres and program-controlled presses are available for the processing.

Plastic processing: six injection moulding machines of 40 to 550 t locking pressure are used to cover this important area.

Product refining: The metal and plastic parts are either plated with chromium, powder-coated or anodised, one machine is available for powder-coating at each production site.

Assembly path: Here the prefabricated components are put together to make a Schneider product
